Hi folks:

What's your recommendation for maximum document size?

Based on speed or likelyhood of breaking the process?

How about 7000 pages?

Similar problem here. I can get my brand to work okay on the login window. But there's no satisfaction in the working area: either DocuWare logo; or DocuWare logo superimposed over my brand; or blank. 

UPDATE: neither the 'before' or 'after' behaviors work correctly - here's rewritten code w/ which to test:

Background:
We have a file cabinet, Job Tracking, whose documents are packets that develop as manufacturing occurs. For example, templates are clipped at different general tasks in the workflow. It would be great to keep the templates in another FC but then they couldn't be clipped for there (hmm, sounds like a feature request).

Our solution is to keep a dedicated document tray for the templates.

THE ISSUE:
Default behavior on clipping is to delete the document from the document tray. Hence extra mouse/keystrokes to force non-delete. 

Request:
Is there any way to change the clip default to leave the document in the DT?

Partnerinfo 252 just required downloading the DW6.12 VM. Is this the same one we downloaded months ago? Do we need to download it again?

Yeah. It just brings up the message again.

DW6.9 was reinstalled on restored db. After which there were multiples of some servers in Administration (I'm told the Replace option was used). There is now a Content1 server that is not running and Content2 server running. The system performs just fine. But, in Administration, selecting a Content server or attempting to change the port for the non-functioning one, causes Administration to seize up with the message, "Selected port is already used..." (see image).

Any one tried this?: Is it adequate and safe to remove the row containing Content1 from DWSystem.DWServer?

Has anyone created a utility to run through the database and verify coresponding images are in the Storage Location?
