A way to export workflows for certain file cabinets involves creating a new user which meets the following criteria;
- This user must be part of the "Organization Administrator" role
- Must be assigned to a File Cabinet Profile. They can be assigned to any of the Standard Profiles like Read, Owner, or Edit.
With these criteria met, when the user opens the Workflow Designer App, they will only see the workflows of the File Cabinets they have access to and will be able to export just these.
