Migrating from Fortis to DocuWare on-prem. We've got it configured and majority of documents migrated. Hitting a snag on redacted documents with an error on the export:

Unable to retrieve document index data

Looking at the logs I see:

Insufficient permission on Redaction annotations.

I'm logged in to the Fortis database as an administrator and confirmed I have redaction permissions. I can open Fortis View and see -and remove- the redactions so I don't think it is a permission issue.

I'd be fine moving the documents as converted PDF with the redactions permanent instead of an overlay. Just not sure how to set that up.

Gilles - were you able to get your installation working in AWS? We have 7.2 on-prem but using AWS S3 buckets with a storage gateway for storage. Performance is fine storing documents however retrieving is slow through DocuWare. When browsing the UNC path they pull up fine so it's something in the configuration that is slowing things down.

Luis - were you able to get DocuWare working with AWS S3?
