• DW Cloud SSO with Google

Does anyone have a set of instructions to setup SSO using OpenID for Google?  we have a client looking for direct instructions for the app registration and the OpenID configuration on the DocuWare Cloud side.  sounds like DocuWare doesnt have anything tested or written out.

    any help would be appreciated.
  • RE: OpenID with G-Suite

  • OpenID with G-Suite

Has anyone been able to successfully implement SSO using OpenID with Google Suite? Seems nobody has instructions or details about this.

please let me know if there are any success stories.

and for some strange reason GV = NOTHING works too
  • RE: Forms - calculations?

there has been no change to perform calculations live on the form...it still has to be done in workflow manager after the form is submitted
  • RE: Data Security questions

in regards to item#1 - you may be able to request the SOC2 report that shows their testing -  item#2 locking down access by corporate IP address - we have accomplished this using the Azure AD SSO integration and only allowing access by the corporate public IPs. item#3 - can be done via azure ad sso. also #4 MFA was accomplished using azure ad sso integration as well

  • RE: Web Forms to Meged PDF

you have to draw your zone on the check box in merge forms then click FILL WITH X instead of field content
  • RE: Attached documents in Web Forms

have you gotten an answer on this from DocuWare? i'm curious of the solution.
  • RE: How to store documents in Docuware from Word

those buttons will never show up in word but if you use the docuware windows explorer client you can save to docuware that way from word
  • using azure for SSO and using location based control access

this is an FYI to something we setup for a client who needed additional security restrictions for their docuware cloud access...

we have a client which is a bank and they wanted to limit their docuware cloud access to onsite branch or VPN connected access only.  we reached out to docuware to see if this is something they can do from their azure tenant/cloud environment but they could not and did not provide any other solution to accommodate this request.  we then looked into other ways to limit access and came across azure conditional access policy with named location. luckily our client was in the process of migrating to azure AD so we enabled SSO through azure AD and worked with them to configure the conditional access policy and this feature helped get the access restrictions they were looking for.

just wanted to put this out there for others to know that restricted access is definitely possible.

    thanks
