Customers getting unknown token received from SQL server error after recent windows updates.
Possibly KB5019959
We still have some customers that use Fortis because they are either migrating still because the number of documents was so large, or they use Fortis to open older documents that were not migrated in to their new DocuWare implementation.
We recently have had several calls from these customers indicating they are now getting unknown token received from SQL server error.
Anyone else seeing this and is there any recommendations to resolve this?
After searching for this it appears that maybe the update that I listed is causing issues with other applications as well.
Any help or input at this point would be appreciated. -

Older version information Version 6.0.0.4567
I have a customer that is still running auth server exe version 6.0.0.4567 and they had a sql crash and if they have to change the name of the sql user or server, where is that stored on the Docuware side? The oldest version is 6.11 in my lab. If someone could point me in the right direction for documentation or if anyone has knowledge of this I would greatly appreciate it.
I know this is end of life but trying to give best effort support and then explain the need to upgrade as soon as possible.
Again thanks. -

SQL account change
What all would be involved in changing the SQL account from a local account with admin privileges to a domain account and what would be the potential issues? -
Maybe I should have
Maybe I should have referenced the original article but the corresponding links are bad and not working.
https://docuwarekb.microsoftcrmportals.com/en-us/knowledgebase/article/K...I am just trying to understand the easiest way to determine if the settings are stored in the local storage of the browser or in the database as the kb indicates and it states that you should be abe to determine this by reviewing the "C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Web\Platform\Web.config"
But that file location does not exist. So does that mean it is being stored in the database?

Where are the user-specific settings stored? Reference KBA-35268
Has this changed or where can we find out now where the user specific settings are stored?
We no longer see this file or the location.

Fortis Webconnect
Looking for documentation regarding webconnect or the location of logs if there are any.
Have a customer that gets the following error when trying to access a specific file in webconnect from any user.
No issues with any other document. Any ideas

Managing disk space
Hello I have a customer asking if DocuWare has anything regarding
1) best practices for managing disk space.
And also this question.
2) can he go back and convert all backscans that were done at 300 DPI COLOR to B/W to re claim disk space. ( All future scans are in BW). Is there an automated way to do this?
For the second question I believe the answer would be that DocuWare does not offer or have anything that would provide that functionality and that there may be some 3rd party software that could do that but we can recommend or promote any 3rd party software.
