How can I search for two documents at the same time from the file cabinet using an index field

Two documents are stored in the file cabinet and I want to search for the two documents at the same time using an index field. E.g. Index field created is doc. no. and we have two doc no. 013 and 014. can I search for the two numbers at the same time using the doc. no.
