We have developed a c# code to import many documents at once from our customer. Unfortunately, when importing, the "Modified on" index is equal to the date of the import. Is there a way to change this index to be the file modification date as in the Windows Explorer?

I know it is possible by creating an other index and populating it with the file modification date but with this option, we lose the automatic update of the index when the user will modify the document inside Docuware. I would prefer to change the system index just at the time of the import if it is feasible.

Thanks for your help. Indeed, I have made the same thing as you did. It modifies the index as well as the file name when the file is downloaded. But it does not modify the file name which appears in the file viewer. Did you manage this ?

I have customers who are asking if there is a way to increase the size of fields in Tasks. They cannot see all the text if they write a long question (example on the screenshot).

Do you know if there is a way to increase the field ? If no, where can I suggest this idea?

I am trying to use Docuware APIs and the first step is to get the request token.  I want to use the Windows account connection as we have on-premise licensing. But it does not work. I have the error message "External authentication failed!" with status 400 Bad Request when doing a POST request with the following url (I am using the Postman collection) : 

<<server>>/DocuWare/Identity/connect/token

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to use keywords to create virtual folders. 

For example, I have one receipt used for several banks (Bank is a keyword field) : Bank A, Bank B, Bank C. I want to retrieve this receipt in folders "Bank A", "Bank B" and also "Bank C". Maybe I am completely mistaken on the way Docuware works and there is an other way to achieve this. I am open to new ideas.
