    Thu, 15 Mar 2018 19:34:00 GMT – Upgrade 6.8 to 6.12 running MS SQL-1521145597

    David,
That should be a straight-forward upgrade. MSSQL 2014 was supported on 6.8 so I don't see any issues.
Disable any custom triggers in the database if there are any.

  • Adding a field to a Task List

    Thu, 15 Mar 2018 15:45:30 GMT – Adding Field to Task List-1521124183

Assuming you are referring to a Workflow Task, open the Workflow Designer, double click on the workflow to open the graphical editor.
In the button bar at the top, look for the icon labelled Task List. In there you can add and remove fields from the Task List. Note that you must re-publish the workfow for the setting to take affect, no active instances will reflect the change, only new ones started with the new version.

  • Search syntax.

Tue, 13 Mar 2018 22:33:23 GMT – WHERE clause syntax in List rule-1520959015

    Everyone,
Search syntax in DocuWare has changed very little since the days of the Windows Client. Search help  has always been available in the Admin tool, and is available at help.docuware.com.

  • URL Integration

    Tue, 13 Mar 2018 22:07:32 GMT – document url with authentification-1520980369

That type of access requires the URL integration. Please use the URL integration tool to see how such as call should be structured. Also note that part of the URL integration must be base 64 encoded.

  • Azure AD Sync

    Tue, 13 Mar 2018 14:27:29 GMT – Azure Active Directory Integration - Docuware Cloud-1520950897

At present it is not possible.
I've seen no information any plans to synchronizing users with Azure Active Directory, however someone from Product may clearify this.

  • Stop Import Job

    Fri, 09 Mar 2018 11:43:43 GMT – How to Stop Importing Job-1520588510

    Hameed,
Import is a Desktop App. It will only import files that are in the watch folder when the import job is running. If you don't want to import anything just stop the import job.
But, I feel that you mean something different so please explain the problem.

  • Connect to Outlook

Thu, 08 Mar 2018 22:18:42 GMT – Outlook 2016 crashing on computers with Connect to Outlook and watched folders.-1520537024

I doubt very much that the problem is really in Connect to Outlook. Those watched folders are huge, and considering the C2O is simply an Outlook plugin, I have no doubt that the resources available to a plugin are insufficient on a 32 bit installation. This is born out where you indicate the crash does not happen in Safe Mode and the last 2 referenced Outlook installations are 64 bit, which have access to more system memory.
Can you try installing 64 bit Outlook on one of the machines currently running 32 bit Outlook? If is does not crash you have the answer.
Regardless, I have to wonder why the watched folders are so huge, and whether you would be better with Connect to Mail? But without a use case it is hard to advise further.
