Hallo Thorsten Bolz,

vielen Dank für die beiden Links. Ich habe beide Lösungsvorschläge leider bereits erfolglos getestet. Das manuelle Hinzufügen wie in Link 1 beschrieben führt zu dem gleichen Ergebnis, wie bereits im Log-File oben beschrieben. Auch die verschiedenen Ansätze aus dem Troubleshooting-Guide habe ich schon durch. Leider ohne Erfolg.

Im Log-File taucht unten zwei Mal der Hinweis "Zugriff verweigert" auf. Ich habe die Installation als Admin, Domänen-Admin und als normaler User probiert. Das Ergebnis ist immer das gleiche. Es deutet aber doch irgendwie auf ein Rechte-Thema hin.

Haben Sie vielleicht noch einen anderen Tipp?

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe zur Zeit große Schwierigkeiten das Connect-to-Outlook AddIn zu installieren. Die Installation der Desktop-Apps läuft grundsätzlich fehlerfrei durch. In Outlook jedoch wir mir das AddIn nicht angezeigt. Es ist auch nicht deaktiviert oder ähnliches - es taucht in der Auflistung gar nicht erst auf. Ich habe den Verdacht, dass das AddIn nicht korrekt im System registriert werden kann.

Noch ein paar Rahmendaten:

Dear Community,

I am not sure whether this is the right place to ask questions about storage robot.

From time to time the storage robot service crashes and it won't import any pdf files into DocuWare anymore. Only after restarting the storagerobot.exe manually the import configurations start working again. I checked the windows event log and I got the information that there is a problem with the module: C:\Windows\system32\MSVCR120_CLR0400.dll 

Furthermore I get this Information from .NET Runtime

Application: StorageRobot.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.AccessViolationException
 

Do you have any idea what I can do to solve this problem?

Bei einem meiner User hängen 9 Dokumente in der Warteschlange des DocuWare Printers. Im Briefkorb des Users wollen die Dokumente nicht landen, aber diese Dokumente blockieren neue Druckaufträge.
Wie kann die Druckwarteschlange gelöscht werden?

Hallo Herr Schindler,

ich arbeite gerade an einem entsprechenden Autoindex-Workflow. Folgendes habe ich konfiguriert:

• Iterierte Datensätze sind in: Archiv
• Typ der externen Datenquelle: Archiv
• Als Matchode definiert ist: Rechnungsdatum, Kreditor und Rechnungsnummer
• Zuordnung der externen Datenquelle zum Archiv: Schreibe einen festen Eintrag ("Doppelt") in das Indexfeld "Status"
• Verhalten bei nicht eindeutigem Match: Keine Verarbeitung.

Wenn ich diesen Workflow starte, werden mir nun alle Rechnungen, die einfach vorhanden sind als "Doppelt" gekennzeichnet. Ergibt ja auch Sinn, da es für die potenziellen Doppler mit diesen Einstellunge eben gerade kein eindeutiges Match gibt. Die doppelt gescannten Rechnungen werden nicht verändert.

Können Sie mir einen Tipp geben, welche Einstellungen ich verändern muss, dass das Ergebnis genau umgekehrt wird? Ich bin über einen Tipp sehr dankbar!
