Domain Change with FortisBlue -1492520413

Customer is on Fortis Blue 2.4.12.0 - SN 7000217 on Server 2012 R2. Solution is implemented using Domain Users and Groups. Customer has a new domain and needs assistance with how to migrate Fortis Blue to it.

Is there an easy way to make this transition from one domain to another?  What is the best practice for achieving this?

The best first step would be to get a brand new FortisBlue install up and running on the new domain.  We can then work with you to migrate the databases and archives over to the new install.  Please open a new Support Request when you are ready to discuss the migration.
