Hello everyone
We are currently running DW version 6.12 on premise. We have another server (virtual) that we prepped and have Docuware 7.4 installed on. The plan was to get the modules ready to deploy to the clients and then copy our images over to the new server, make the connections etc.. I have been having a hard time with the client module deployment. We unsuccessfully tried to use sccm as we had been running the msi files that way previously but the 7.4 modules would never install. We pulled the recommended deployment script from the knowedgebase and tried using that to upgrade. We continue to receive an error when running a script directly onto a test client and we aren't sure why. The error log= "Upgrade command was found. The path was valid but there was an issue contacting the server " Then it tells you to check the logs for details. The log on the local pc says " there is a newer version installed" Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. We can script the deployment although sccm would be preferred method as not all devices will be on the network at the time of deployment but, if it must be a script then I can work with that. If any of you have experience deploying this with sccm or can give me any suggestions it would be much appreciated.  and thank you! We tried turning off the firewall on the server as well to no avail.
