Several users are experiencing showing one column in doc trays and view lists.  The documents over shadow each other and can't figure out which document is which.  Does not appear to be browser specific.

We recently upgrade to DW 7.1 and some users are experiencing the same issue.

Has there been a solution made for this?

Thanks,
Neal

Have you tried to move the bar from the right side to the middle?
it looks like the viewer basketview is max width?

A support person from DocuWare logged in remotely and did an iisreset on the server, then he restarted all of the DocuWare services, which fixed our problem.  i hope it is that easy for you.

Did they just "restart" the IIS or actually did a reset because we have a redirect in place. It's weird it only seems to be affecting some people and not others but noticing more and more.

**Fixed It**
Restart the IIS services appeared to resolve the issue.

I will be perform a full restart of all the services tonight to ensure things are working properly.

Cheers,
Neal
