Customer is on version 6.1 (yes, still).  This week, one user is getting errors trying to scan.  Full error is "Unable to connect to the seoected device.  It might be switched off, not connected, or already in use by another application."  We have rebooted, turned off the scanner and back on, deleted the connection to DocuWare Desktop and re-establised.  She can scan outside of DocuWare, so her system sees the scanner.  We also ran troubleshooting within device manager with no issues.  Scanner is a Fujitsu fi-6110dj, using a TWAIN driver.
