Custome document numbering

Hi,

Is it possible to create custom document numbering from index values? For example, incoming letter are stored in DW file cabinet and assigned document number which contains 3 first letters of Doc Type + store username ID (NG)+ Doc date + consecutive number, like LET-NG-160621/001, where LET is Doc Type first 3 letters (LET), NG is user ID, 160621 are date 16 June 2021 and 001 is consecutive number, which for next letter will be 002 and so on
