Intelligent Indexing - Adding more fields to learn\recognize

Hello, in attached file I'm trying to add additional fields to Intelligent Indexing Configuration

I have added (as in attachemnt) - "Adres (JMK)" and "VAT NO. (JMK)" and can only choose them as Document Type and Email.

BUT I wanted to configure them as for example as 'Custom Text 5" or "Custom Text Selection Only 3"

Is there a way to add more Custom Text's or Custom Text Selections ? By default there are 4 Custom Text's and 2 Custom Text Selections.

For now I have 16 fields which Intelligent Indexing is recognizing and 2 Tables to recognize. 
I need more fields to add to intelligent Indexing

How I can do this ?
