How to validate a document with the mobile app

Hello,

As part of a workflow, a user is receiving a task to validate a document. However I don't see how he can do that on the mobile application, all what he can do is a search, he can find the document with the status : Waiting for validation, he can display the index entries of the document and that's it!

He is not getting any notification while having new tasks either.
Is there something I should enable?

during the support request it could not be checked where the issue exactly occurs or what the issue is.
The support request is closed as you fixed the issue yourself or figured out how to proceed differently.
