Not show internal stamps and annotations for external users.

Is it possible to block external users not show the stamps and annotations?

I want to share some files for external users. Is possible configure not visible internal stamp and anotations?

I know that there are configuration on "profile & settings"  Turn on/off overlay, but i want to block using "User Management"  or  "Dialogs".
