Behavior:
You print via a shared Tiffmaker into a DocuWare File Cabinet. You note that no matter which User is using the Tiffmaker, the "Store User" is always the DocuWare Administrator.
Solution:
To always have the user actually printing the document as the "Store User" you have to do the following:
1. All Users have to use the Windows Authentication to Log in to DocuWare.
2. The DocuWare Administrator has to open the Tiffmaker Configuration using Windows Authentication.
When the last login to the TIFFMAKER configuration is made using Windows Authentication, the Users printing to TIFFMAKER will then have their names transferred to the "Store User" field.
The Print Spooler has to be restarted afterwards.
