Behavior:
You are trying to upload a sample document to use in a Printer Configuration and the values on the sample page are not being read.
Solution:
You can increase the DPI of DocuWare Printer through the Windows Registry.
*Before making a change to the registry please take a backup
- Run regedit.exe
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\DocuWare Printer\PrinterDriverData
- Change HorizontalRes to 300 and Vertical to 300
