The usage of the DocuWare Printer on a Print Server is not supported.
The usage of the DocuWare Printer on a Print Server is not supported.
The same applies for sharing the DocuWare Printer in a Network.
The DocuWare Desktop Apps are using a user session provided by the DocuWare Printer from the printing user, to identify who printed the file, and how to process it.
When printing through the network to a Print Server, this user session can get lost.
The printed file is either getting stuck on the Print Server or back on the client, without a user session.
The same behavior occurs with the Printer PS.
Please Install the DocuWare Printer on each client that uses the DocuWare Printer to ensure that the Printer is used locally and does not print through the network.
