I would like to create a monthly email reminder of the outstanding tasks that each user is assigned.  How can retrieve the user that is assigned a task from a different work flow within the same cabinet and send them a email of those outstanding task?
 

Using form designer, I would like to be able to take the results in a drop down list ( numeric number) and perform a calculation on it.    Is that possible?

Example:

(Drop down field results) * 2
  4 * 2
