I have a few notifications scheduled to go out an specific times during the day and since the time has changed, the notifications are being sent out an hour early. How do I manage the clock for our cloud instance?

I believe if you go to Configurations, Organization Settings, there is a time zone and work hours that can be set.

I have set that correctly. I believe that the cloud Server is hosted in Europe and they do not have day light savings time there.
