Some users are experiencing a capacity error when trying to clip a document from their document tray to a document stored in a cabinet. This error has appeared only after upgrading our system from 6.7 --> 7.1.
What I've found is that in our old system we set the disk media size to DVD (4Gb) and would create a new disk when that disk got full. In the new 7.1 system it appears this is not the default anymore and will just set the latest disk to the size of our storage array.
Is this best practice or should I set it back to a size limit and how do we clip documents to another document where the disk is already full?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Neal,

I am sure you have resolved this by now but for those who have not.... I just ran into this as well. The "fix" seems to be uncheck the "limit disk capacity" check box under each disk in DW Administration. I did find a forum response about "Operation can not be finished because your quota limit has been reached".

Hope that helps somebody else.
