I have a cloud customer that was recently upgraded to 7.3.  All their documents are PDF.  They've noticed that some of their documents when attempting to view in the viewer window from a cabinet say 'The page can not be rendered' in the viewer window.  They've figured out that they can download the file, move it to their tray and store it again, then it will display as it should in the DW viewer window.  I replicated the issue by viewing the file locally using both Edge and Chrome with the same result.  I have a copy of these documents on my local 7.3 DW server and they view as expected.  

Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
