Hello. I designed a Workflow process to process incoming mail. Problem: The process is working, but I keep getting a duplicate job. The recipient receives the same task as well. How to stop receiving a duplicate task, and stop having two treatments to do instead of just one? Attached Screen in DocuWare Webthank you.

Depending on the version of DocuWare, I use to add a field like WFStep to the cabinet and set my trigger to this field being empty and whatever else you are using.

Then as a very first step in the workflow, write back to the index field WFStep and change it to something else, in my case I wouls use A (for step A) and that will keep it from triggering again.
