Hello,

We have queistion about working with many instances on Docuware Workflows. 
For now in Tasks Tab,  I have tables 

Activity |Received On\ Reminder date |Due date and nothing more. 
For now we have 10 tasks and I already don't know what Taks is for what document.

Really its impossible to work through Tasks if I cant add any columns like adding invoice etc

Is there any good pratice ? Or any different way do manage my tasks ?

Hello Marek,

you can change which fields are displayed in the result list inside the Workflow Manager, just click the "Task List" button. Changes there are saved automatically and instantly, no need to create a new version, just refresh the web page.
