Additional database fields are created for file cabinets that can be accessed with SAP. Apart from the last two listed, these should not be modified:

This field can be used as a filter criterion for SAP Barcode Transfer. It can be used to mark documents as processed after processing by the SAP Barcode Transfer workflow. This will prevent the same barcodes being sent to SAP more than once.
