Mobile Client returns no results from.

This issue is usually caused, when a search dialog is allowed usage in mobile clients, but the corresponding result dialog is not. In order to set the result list to be allowed in mobile clients:

  1. Select the search dialog in question in DocuWare Administration and make note of the result list being used. In this example, our search dialog is called "Extended Search" and our result list is "Results":
  2. Navigate to the result list found above and enable "Usable in Mobile Clients":

You should now start seeing results in your mobile client search.
