Behavior:
DocuWare Printer only prints in black and white when printing from Chrome or Edge.
 
Solution:
In order to resolve this, please add a key to the registry as follows:
  1. Type Win + R and type "regedit". Press Enter to open the Registry editor
  2. Within the registry editor navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Print\Printers\DocuWare Printer\PrinterDriverData
  3. Add a DWORD key with the name "Fields" and assign the hexadecimal value 800 to it
  4. Restart the web browser
