Behavior:
After importing a multi-page document into a Document Tray, the "Unstaple" function is grayed out, and the page count only displays a  value of "1+"

Solution:
Due to changes in the DocuWare Cloud backend to achieve higher security for document storage, the calculation of the page count takes a little bit longer. In addition, the "Unstaple" function is grayed out until DocuWare is able to produce an accurate page count.
In order to get the accurate page count, please do the following:

  1. Open the document in the viewer
  2. Click the "refresh" button for the Document Tray on the lower left corner
  3. The correct page count should now replace the "1+" value, and the "Unstaple" function is no longer grayed out.
