Does DocuWare support Multi-Factor Authentication for Single Sign-On?
Answer:
Multi-Factor Authentication can be used with DocuWare, but it must be configured in Azure Active Directory. Please refer to the following article on how to do so: How to enable Multi-Factor Authentication
Note: This is not a DocuWare feature. The Multi-Factor Authentication is validated by Azure Active Directory.
KBA is applicable for both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
