Behavior:
You have a Connect to Mail configuration that should only process attachments, but find that the emails are still being processed and stored in the document tray (inbox) with the status message;
"no attachments on mail"
Solution:
When a configuration is set up to process attachments only, problems can arise, such as an email not containing an attachment.
Rather than not processing and potentially letting the issue linger, Connect to Mail will store the email in the inbox with the status message "no attachments on mail" to let the administrator know of the issue so that it can be corrected.
