Behavior:
During the upgrade process, entering your DocuWare credentials returns the following error;
"Source Profile contains 0 right, which is not allowed to be on field level!"
Solution:
This can occur when a user creates a File cabinet or Document tray but does not give the DocuWare Organization Administrator administration permissions. If any users were recently deactivated, make sure they did not create any trays or cabinets. Please confirm that all cabinets and trays are accessible by the organization admin before continuing the upgrade.
