Scenario:
You need to convert your DocuWare Named Licenses to Concurrent Licenses that were purchased after DocuWare Version 6.11.

Solution:
Please refer to the following guide to convert Named Licenses to Concurrent licenses; 
  1.  Open up the DocuWare Administration tool and navigate to Organization Name > General > Licenses from the tree on the left-hand side.
  2. Click the "X" icon next to one of the Named Licenses.
    Note: Licenses do not have to be assigned to users for conversion. 

     
  3. This will covert the Named License to the Concurrent License pool.
    ***Note: 4 Named licenses are needed to convert into a single concurrent license.***
