Behavior:
When attempting to login to DocuWare, you receive the following error message; 
 
"All DocuWare Client licenses are currently in use.”
 
Solution:
This error indicates the user attempting to log in does not have a license assigned. To resolve this error, please do the following;

 
1. Open the DocuWare Administration tool and navigate to Your Organization >General >Licenses.



2. Ensure that the number of users coincides with the number of available licenses within your organization. Once this has been verified, use the dropdown next to the license and assign the affected user with the appropriate license. 
Once completed, select "Apply" on the bottom right to save your changes, and these affected users should now be able to log on to DocuWare without error.
