Is it possible to remove previous Index field history?
Answer:
By product design, Index field history cannot be removed as it uses the values that have been previously stored in the File Cabinet.
One possible solution would be to create a select list with all the desired entries for that specific field and configure that field to work with select list only. This would remove all other entries and display only entries that have been configured.
