How can I identify users utilizing a client license via DocuWare Mobile?

Answer:
Please refer to the following information to allow you to view users logged in to DocuWare via DocuWare Mobile;

  1. Open the DocuWare Administration Tool and log in as an organization administrator. 
     
  2.  Select the Connections Overview icon at the top of the application.
    (Note: If the icon is missing, select your organization name, and the icon will appear)

     
  3.  In the Connections Overview, locate the user and expand their node.

     
  4. Here, all applications the user is currently logged into will be displayed. In the example below, the user is logged into both the mobile client and the web client.

KBA is applicable for both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
