- Open DocuWare Administration and log in as a system administrator.
- Navigate to Data connections > Database connections.
- Select the database connection you want to test, then click the "Check Accessibility" option at the top of the application.
- From here, you can check the accessibility to the installed services. Select the "Check" option to check the credentials of the connection.
- Once checked, the status will either be returned as "Accessible" or "Not accessible". If not accessible, re-enter your database connections information and try again.
