Behavior:
When opening the Workflow Designer, the following error message is displayed,
"The [Organization Name] organization has no file cabinets assigned to it"
Solution:
This error will occur when the DocuWare user who is attempting to open the Workflow Designer does not have proper access to any file cabinets present in the system.
To resolve this issue, assign this user to a file cabinet profile to give them access.
KBA is applicable for both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
