Behavior:
When opening the Workflow Designer, I'm given the following error message,
When opening the Workflow Designer, I'm given the following error message,
"Login failed: Login token expired. Contact your DocuWare administrator"
Solution:
This error occurs due to an invalid Desktop Apps connection. To resolve this behavior, a valid Desktop App connection must be created. Please refer to the following methods to create a valid Desktop Apps connection;

Method 1: Creating a Desktop Apps connection from the Web Client
- Open the DocuWare Desktop Apps, locate our current Desktop Apps connection, then remove the connection;
- Navigate to the DocuWare Web Client and open the dropdown located underneath your user name. Click "Desktop Apps", then select "Connect to Desktop Apps". Once completed, a Desktop Apps connection will be created.
Method 2: Creating a Desktop apps connection from the Desktop apps
- Open the DocuWare Desktop Apps, locate our current Desktop Apps connection, then remove the connection;
- Once the previous connection has been removed, select "Create default connection" option to create a new connection.
