By product design, the creation date of a document will be displayed if Intelligent Indexing is not enabled for the Document Tray. If Intelligent Indexing is enabled in the Document Tray and you wish to see the creation date of a document, enabling table view in the Document Tray can be used as a workaround to have the creation date of a document displayed. Click on the
