Scenario:
I would like to create a Document Processing configuration that imports the documents from a network folder to a document tray but does NOT store them. It won't let me set one up without selecting a store dialog.

Answer:
By product design, a store dialog would have to be configured with any Document Processing configuration; however, if you are importing to a document tray, the store dialog used in the configurations does not have to be the dialog used when storing the document. Having a document tray as the target storage location will prevent the document from being automatically stored in a file cabinet, thus preventing the use of the configured dialog.

(Note: Please ensure that the target Document tray is associated with the corrected File Cabinet, which has the desired store dialog you wish to use when storing the document automatically.)
