Behavior:
When attempting to import a file cabinet structure into our DocuWare system, the following error message is shown;
When attempting to import a file cabinet structure into our DocuWare system, the following error message is shown;
"Exported file cabinet has a different versions than the system and cannot be imported!"
Solution:
By product design, to import a file cabinet structure into your DocuWare system, they must both be on the same version of DocuWare, or the above error message will occur. As a workaround, from the file cabinet destination system, an upgrade to the desired version must take place in order to utilize that XML for the file cabinet import.
This KBA is applicable for both On-premise and Cloud Organizations.
