Solution:
Although it is not possible to remove the display of the username and password from the login page, users can bypass this login page and access the DocuWare Web Client directly with SSO. Once Single-Sign On is configured and enabled (please see KBA-36308 for reference), users may bypass the DocuWare login page by navigating to the following web addresses;
https://[[OrganizationName]/DocuWare/Platform/WebClient/NTLM
https://[[OrganizationName]/DocuWare/Platform/WebClient/SSO
Bypassing login page with Web Client Read-Only Platform:
Just as organizations utilizing Single-Sign On can bypass the login page, organizations that have a Web Client Read Only license may also bypass the login page by navigating to the following web address;
https://[OrganizationName]/DocuWare/PlatformRO/WebClient/
KBA is applicable to both On-premise and Cloud Organizations.
