Scenario:
When attempting to view a password-protected document within DocuWare, the following error is displayed;

"Imaging operation has failed due to password protected section content."



Solution:
By product design, password-protected documents can be uploaded and stored in DocuWare; however, the documents cannot be displayed in the DocuWare viewer. These password protected documents must be downloaded from DocuWare in their original format to be accessible.
