Behavior:
When attempting to download a document from DocuWare as a PDF with/without annotations, the download fails, and the following error(s) occur;

Solution:
Commencing in DocuWare 7.6, attempting to print a document in DocuWare by selecting Print as PDF with/without annotations and then selecting Download in an attempt to save the document to your machine is an unsupported functionality. Nonetheless, you can instead click the Print icon and select Save as PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF to save the document to your system.

Nonetheless, you can instead click the Print icon and select Save as PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF to save the document to your system.
Additionally, DocuWare has a download functionality in the Web Client where you can open the document in the viewer, select Download from the Viewer Tools, right-click the document, and then Download. We recommend using the DocuWare download functionality to download documents from DocuWare.

- Right-click on a document and select Print > PDF with/without annotations
- Select the Print icon and NOT the Download icon. Selecting the Download icon will result in the described behavior.
- Now, you can choose "Save as PDF" as the destination or "Microsoft Print to PDF." Then, choose where the file will be saved on your machine.
OR
- Once completed, the file will download to your machine without error.
