ERROR: "Database credentials for Organization dwsystem are not correct!" when attempting to run Integrity Check Tool.

Scenario:
When attempting to run the Integrity Check Tool, the following error is presented;

System.ArgumentException: Database credentials for Organization dwsystem are not correct!
at DWIntegrityCheckTool.IntegrityRepairEngineIterator.<Analyse>d__19.MoveNext()

Solution:
Please ensure the Database Connection information for the "Authentication Server" is correct. If the Server name, User name, or Password is incorrect, the described error will occur.
Once corrected, the Integrity Check Tool will run without error.
