Behavior:
After attempting to store an email using Connect to Outlook, the user may receive an erroneous pop-up that states the following;

Solution:
This dialog doesn’t provide any context about what caused the error. It is recommended that the user click on the problematic email to reveal more information.
Submitting a Support Request for this particular behavior, including the message when the user clicks the email, will assist DocuWare Support in quickly identifying the issue.
