Behavior:
After installing or upgrading Intelligent Indexing, the following error occurs when importing documents and attempting to utilize Intelligent Indexing;

"Error E30140: Filesystem did not respond as expected"
 
Solution:
This error occurs when the DocuWare license is not imported at the Intelligent Indexing URL (http://localhost:8080/intellix-v2/Html). To resolve this issue, navigate to the Intelligent Indexing URL, click the Licensing tab, then upload your DocuWare license.
