Behavior:
When attempting to log into your Cloud Organization, the following error is shown:

"The controller for path '/DocuWare/Platform/OIDCHandler' was not found or does not implement IController."

 
Solution:
This error can occur when the browser shortcut utilized is invalid. Remove any current shortcuts and recreate them as per KBA-36989.
Once completed, your Cloud organization will be accessible without issue.
